I'm watching it on NBA TV right now ? Maybe the Middle Eastern NBA TV is different or something ?

Game being streamed here. Commercial right now, so there's probably a blank screen. It'll come back. Good quality too.

So is there any truth to what i just heard watching this summer league game? Dwight rejected the magic's request to drop his trade request during a conference call? why would we ask him to do something like that if it's true....if true then i hope that's the final nail in the coffin so we can ship his ass out.....

Just checking if he would change his mind and stay with Orlando now that BKN is off the list of possibilities.

Nick Anderson speaking some interesting things. He said that whenever they asked for something, when they were playing, it was given to them. He said he's hearing rumors of Dwight asking for players to come and play beside him and it never happened.
Not changing this Sig until the Orlando Magic win a championship (Technically Started 1-30-08)

Rob was trying to mend a bridge and Howard burned it again. Get him out of there ASAP.

You don't just average 21 points a game (last 5 seasons average for Howard) in the NBA on a whim and neither Nash or Gasol are even near that number over the last 5 seasons, not to mention Howard has averaged 21 points a game on 12 shots a game over the last 5 seasons, while shooting 59% FG. That is about as efficient of a scorer as anyone in the league. Are Gasol and Nash better in some parts of the game than Howard? Sure (passing, FT shooting and a perimeter game are the only things that come to mind), but Howard dominates both when it comes to post up scoring, inside game, rebounding and overall defense.

On the Lakers Howard would be the 1b option behind Kobe's 1a ball dominating game. This is probably why Howard doesn't want to go there because he knows Kobe will bog hog all the time. Howard only became interested when they got Nash because he knows Nash will spread the wealth.

Is he a better offensively than Bynum?

No

Dwight has said it. The players he was asking for were under contract, and so if we tried to trade for them and it didn't happen you cannot control that. Same as the Nets trying to trade for D12, but we will not take a deal we don't like. I know you know that, but I get annoyed with that because it paints us as if we didn't try to get players and we did.

The Magic I'm sure TRIED to trade for certain players, but they didn't have the assets. Howard is just too stupid to understand this, probably why he is too stupid to understand why he isn't on the Nets right now.

You know watching this summer league game i think i will really like this team even if it is in the lottery for a couple seasons these young guys and new faces are really fun to watch and might give us hope
Fine print disclaimer for Fultz:
I am high on Markelle Fultz. Yes I understand he is not perfect and needs to shoot more and better and turn the ball over less. I would really like to see him play one more year… and I did and he sucks time to move on.

Return to Orlando Magic
