Last I heard, Rockets were not offering both of last season's rookies and all three of this year's picks. Many could be in a deal, though.

He tore it up at the end of last year as a leader with heart and in the playoffs. I would love to see what he could do if given the reigns to be a captain of this team with Meer.
BTW. Patterson is nothing but absolute garbage and should not even be in the NBA.

Yeh, I think it will be 3-4 out of the 5. My guesses would be:
Lamb
White
Parsons
Jones
in that order...

The timing of amnesty waiver of Scola is not entirely about this deal. Deadline is Tue and he no longer fits. Check Morey comment Sunday.

As for Scola, even if they don't make this move, they're doing him a favor. Still gets the guaranteed $21 million and won't have to babysit.

As for timing of a deal, Magic stepped back on Wednesday to "take a deep breath." They will consider options. Can't say when they're ready.

Not buying that they are willing to pay a guy over $20mil to not play....just "because". It's obv to clear up space for one reason or another. I don't think they are doing it out of the kindness of their hearts.
