If Knicks don't match Fields and Lin that means Mike Woodson has a strong voice in personnel decisions.

Yes but there have been a lot of weird developments taking place over the past couple of days. You know that even grown men do not think rationally when emotions are involved.

There is a chance that the Knicks are still furious over the ordeal and are willing to let Lin walk out of spite of the way everything was handled.
