The Knicks have nearly 0 salary caps, picks within next 3 years before Lin signed the offer sheet. Also they sent out most youngers. If they still trust "famous dolls" only , there is no hope in the future.

I think we should match Lin even if we S&T for Felton. Let them battle it out. If Lin struggles, you can still trade him.

Otherwise, if Lin is gone, we have the 2-F PGs. Forty and Fatty.

A source close to Ray Felton told me that “this is real” and another source close to the Knicks maintains that the Knicks will sign Lin at all costs because of assumed marketing value.

Stay tuned.

Looks like contradicting reports, don't know what to believe. Different sources saying different things.

I find it hard to believe that Fetlon wasn't given some kind of assurance that Lin is leaving. Why would Felton take a pay-cut to be a backup?
