We're giving Portland MORE for Felton? How much are we paying this guy?

Maybe approximately 1,000,000 more components?[/quote]

I'm sure we got some spare draft picks in the 2020's decade....

I don't feel Lin is the ONLY player who can play PG for this team, especially at that price tag.

I'm glad you feel that way. I'm sure there's a boatload of PG's averaging 18/7 on 21 PER willing to play for us on the mini-MLE.

Lin didnt average 18-7 he averaged 14-6

I reject the premise. We don't need one player to do that.

We have two veteran pass first PG's in Kidd and Prig, we have a perfect P/R tandem with Amare in Felton. i think that combination at the 1 is more than enough to lead the talent we have to a championship.

the only thing I fear is messing with the chemistry our team had last year, by making changes, but the roster in and of itself, is more than adequate to get us to our goals.

Sorry man... Amar'e nor Melo aren't transcendent players that take you to a championship and no one... absolutely no one has fought more on this forum to defend Carmelo Anthony than I have.

It's not just fandom. I genuinely feel that it's the wrong decision to not match Lin and to go with Felton to run this team for 3 years. The Knicks will still be a good team, but I feel like it would be essentially giving up what small hope we have for a title shot.

No way huh? How come you don't hear ANY ONE Melo, Amare, Chandler advocating for his return? Quiet out there...

I hope I am wrong...I really DO.

14-6 if you incorporate garbage time games. As a starter he averages 18-7.

Why is the rest of his reponse in English? And shouldn't "Spain" be "Espana"?

Well... here it's 8:20 am in the morning and I haven't sleep in the past 24 hours, so I just missed a letter, I translate España, cause it look really different, I miss that on Korea, sorry bro

Probably just used to spelling names the way they would do in Spain would be my guess. This is why people shouldn't judge just off a few lines off the internet lol. It makes them make mistakes. I just did stupidly.

18-7 as a starter..

14-6 is based on only 26 minutes a game.

Kat, you're too smart to be basing your sentiments on Lin off of Isola, Lawrence, and tabloid reports. I don't understand this at all.

My opinion is based on the reports I've heard, if they prove to be faulty I'd adjust my opinion of the situation when the real facts come out, but if what is being reported is true, I understand management's decision...

Only people from another board call me Kat btw

Seriously, you would think ONE Knick would stick for Lin on Twitter. Amare's probably getting ready to tweet: "Bringing back Sugar Ray. Phenomenal move."

To be fair, two of those three are focusing on The Olympics and Amare just got married if I recall and has been out of country often?

This is just terrible... the sound of it sickens me. To throw away such good fortune... so carelessly is just pathetic.
