Can the Knicks split up the team and make an knickWo Wolfpac? With like Lin, Novak, Shumpert and Chandler?

Guess who else performed well under D'Antoni:
David Lee
Wilson Chandler
Chris Duhon
Toney Douglas
STAT
RAYMOND FELTON
Landry Fields
Think about some of the names on that list for a mininute.
-Chris Duhon was an All-Star caliber PG the first half of his first season with New York
-Do you remember Landry rookie year under Mike?
-How about how Felton played under him?
-Remember two years ago when Tony Douglas had to start for Billups and played really well?
-David Lee was an All-Star under Mike.
Felton and Duhon played well because their shots were falling. None of those guys was able to get into the paint like Lin.
Same can be said for Lin.

LOL @ pointing out Melo when it could've been Stat or Tyson or Baron Davis. Holy cow this board is hilarious![]()
But Melo is the one who opened his mouth.
You must've missed what what we're talking about. This isn't about the tweet this is about what Hahn said on the radio.

I agree I ve stuck with the knicks through a lot worse then this. I m a KNICKS FAN...so with or without Jeremy ..lets go to war next season.
I m starting to think that Jeremy knew what he was doing when he signed that contract. I think Jeremy wants to play in an offense that is more like Antoni. He wants to be able to put up numbers and in Woodson's system. He doesnt think he will be able to play his style of B Ball
I'm feeling that too. He wanted to play his style and I don't think Woodson's system would allow him to do that. Given this, I think Lin made his choice in the end to play in Houston. He gets paid more than the Knicks could afford given that 3rd year salary.

Knowing Dolan, Shump will probably be out the door by the trade deadline.

Seth Rosenthal @seth_rosenthal
Thanks! RT @rodboone: Melo on Lin: "It's not up to me. It's up to the organization to say that they want to match that ridiculous contract."
Maybe cooler heads will prevail.
Melo called it a ridiculous contract? No more ridiculous than Melo's.
Oh really? 25 PPG career player who makes 18M is ridiculous while a rookie who wants 15M after he was a constant waiver?! Melo showed his loyalty and I pray to God that he'll bring his best friend CP3 here, in the heart of the City to make us the best in the world!!
The people in the back did not hear you.

Said coaches he's spoke to who don't have an agenda honestly believe Lin's ceiling is a good backup. Hahn thinks Lin should be a backup this year on this team. Lin has false sense of entitlement, teammates weren't comfortable with sense of entitlement last year.

No but I think theres something definitely shady with that mustache of his. Even if you go back to the video of the reporters kidding with Anthony that he had been traded to the Nets, the mustache reacted first. I know it did. Go back and check. My guess is,that the mustache is at the root of all this. Sentient mustaches from outerspace bent on destruction an insane thought? I think not...I think not.
How often does a coach push to trade his best player mid-season? I gave Melo the benefit of the doubt about that but you can't tell me it's not the least bit concerning.

Well, gee, all the teammates he was closest to (Jeffries, Fields) got run outta town.

How is ling pissing off dolan Melo's fault?
Please just stop.Get off both of their jocks really. I am Knick fan if the dude walks he walks he is dead to me, I can give two craps. I enjoyed the run but he really should have suited up for the last game in Miami if he wanted to ingratiate the type of reaction of the people here are having.
Sorry he may be great prolly be good bit 30 million good.. Get your money and hope when you play in NYC they don't boo you out the building, not for leaving for more money but for they way you did not play in the playoffs and then they way you are leaving.
I would love to see NYC match him just to f with Houston

Melo is a certified coach killer
Now, he is in the business of killing franchises
