Does anyone else think it's gotten quieter with DH stuff because we're just waiting for Donatos?

oh com'on i thought the parsons debate was settled in the previous part (part 38 i think?)

parsons is a legit SF with very good athleticism and his usefulness will further improve with a more consistent 3 point shot. he plays with a high motor and while he isn't necessarily a great defender, has the length and athletic ability to be a solid defender at the 3 and maybe even at the 4 (considering more and more teams have hybrid forwards - lebron, kd, thaddeus young, crash... etc.) parsons also has above average passing and playmaking skills off the dribble - all that said i'm not describing a player who will EVER be an all star - he's ideally the 4th or 5th best player on your team and you're in good position if he's your starting SF as long as you have 2-3 players better than him as well. if they're willing to include him in the package, the florida native is more than a welcome addition - but let's not overrate or underrate him. parsons is a starting SF who can do some things well, but will not be elite in any category.

Yeah Parsons seriously has the ability to be something special. If we do end up making a trade with Houston, he's one of the most exciting parts of the trade.

Granted, I haven't seen much of him, but from the little I saw in summer league he kind of reminded me a little of Mike Miller.

I hope we are waiting for Donatas. He, Lamb, and Jones are a must. Parsons is icing. Can Jones play the 3 spot?

The comparison to Hedo for Parsons seems ok except that Parsons might not be the playmaker that Hedo is/was......but like Hedo Parsons can do a lot of different things.....not a bad player to have....people tend to forget that he was just a Rookie this past season....he has a good game for a Rookie going into his second year.....If he ends up here he would immediately be a crowd favorite like JJ

Parsons is our next Hedo, but more athletic and a lot younger.

I think it's going to be a middle of the road deal if we do indeed deal with Houston.....If we wait for Donatas then he'll likely be in the deal....one rookie....Kmart and them taking one maybe two bad contracts......If we don't wait for donatas then two rooks....Kmart and two bad contracts maybe they add Parsons for a sweetener.......on another note...how big was that TPE we got from NO? Think we'll use it?

Edit: forgot the picks too

Chandler Parsons - Jason Richardson
Glen Davis - Andrew Nicholson - Justin Harper
Donatas Motiejunas - Kyle O'Quinn - Gustavo Ayon

Parsons is a SF. I like both guys' games, but I don't think you've seen enough of Parsons' game.

he clearly hasnt seen any of his game if hes calling him a pf. hes just being racist(even if he wont admit it), if anything jones is more of a tweener without a true posiition then parsons
