The NBA is gonna be loaded with big men in about 20 years.

In 20 years Brooklyn will change their name from the Nets to the Howards

Sounds like they're notifying all the candidates one by one. Would be surprised if we don't know who the head coach is by tonight.

They had said that there would be three rounds of interviews. Henny then Alex then Devos. Not sure which stage we're at. I think we're in the Alex stage and Hornacek was notified after the Alex interview. Could be two or three guys going to see Devos today/tomorrow.

To be honest, when I heard Vaughn, I immediately thought of how bad he was as a player. Just brought back so many bad memories.

But, Popavich doesn't toss around praise that easily. And the Spurs are class act organization. I'd be interested to see what Vaughn can do. Maybe we got a diamond in the rough.

Alex Kennedy‏@AlexKennedyNBA

Jameer Nelson and the Orlando Magic agreed to terms on a three-year deal, but Nelson still hasn't officially signed yet.

wonder what the hold up is?

No to Michael Curry, please pass on him Henny... hire Vaughn if it's between these two

They've been working on options and incentives for almost a week now. Surprised it's taking so long.

Anyone who judges a coach off of their playing ability is a fool.

Even prior to the praise from Pop I liked Vaughn; even as a mediocre player on the Spurs you could tell he bought into Pop's system. If you liked Shaw IMO you have to like Vaughn.

Curry and Lindsey still in the mix. BS made an error and didn't include him in his latest report, but he is still in the mix. Here's an article which points out why the 3 coaches are still on the list. Friends.

http://www.sportstalkflorida.com/tuck-orlando-magic-head-coaching-search/

Curry and Lindsey are the assistant GMs guys and Vaughn is Henny's. Tight group, keep everything and everyone close.

Is Rob Hennigan slow or methodical? Indecisive or calculated? The ‪#Magic‬ head coaching search represents the GM. (Link to article)

I agree on the fact that it's taking a while, but I prefer a decision made patiently over a rushed decision.

Trading Dwight and hiring a HC are big decisions, decisions that are too important to rush.

2 years from now were not going to be talking about how long it took henny to hire someone were going to be discussing whether or not it was a good or bad hire. rather him take his time and get it right.

Let's see, take the approximate population of Los Angeles, divide by fifty-two weeks, figure 3.3 dates per week, carry the one, divide by the standard failure rate on prophylactics, add a standard deviation to account for lesbians....I'll go with 'nineteen.'
