Was listening to Kay on the radio when his show began and he simply said that with all of his sources and contacts at msg not one person at msg has made a decision yet, and not one person from msg is letting anyone know what their plans are and if they do they are risking their job, so he flat out said that every source is not in tune with what is really going on at msg..

Lin was better than Shumpert by a long shot last year. Shumpert was good, Lin was an impact player.

Shumpert has a long, long way to go before he can contribute to a winning team on the offensive end in the NBA. I love his defense, intensity, and swagger--but he's a Tony Allen, a role player.

I don't want to trash the kid, but to suggest that he showed anything remotely close to what Lin showed, would be, well, stupid. I'd honestly be surprised if he ever does.

I see both you guys are caught up in Linsanity... If your boy was soooo impactful how come Iman was named All-Rookie yet Lin wasn't?

I absolutely agree with everything here except that the future looks bad. I think the future looks better with Lin, but we clear so much cap space in 3 years that we can restart and rebuild there (and we'll finally be looking at draft picks again too)...so my thinking is, with Lin the future looks great. Without Lin, the future is more uncertain but there's still a lot to look up to.

I think it's we want our guy, Lin was ours unlike Melo and Amare, We found him and gave us fans hope of a bright future and to just have it taken away hurts.

I completely feel you. I hated seeing Gallo and Wilson Chandler go. I hate to see Lin go as well, I think he makes us a better team right now with or without Felton. What I can't stand is that people have turned this into an unprecedented disaster. It's really not THAT bad. It's painful if he goes for sure, but it's not the end of the world.

It's possible, but if Lin turns out to be a good player we can be the 2nd best team in the east with a chance of beating Mia. He's that wildcard that you have to take a chance on if you want to win a championship. He's a risk, but it can payoff.
