I guess LA fans won't believe what I'm saying until they see it with their eyes. I'll say they will be cursing Jamison about two weeks into the regular season.

He has not been efficient since he came off the bench for Dallas, what... 10+ years ago?

The guy is way past his prime, and even then he was pretty garbage.

Damn dude show some respect..dude is a class act and he put ur garbage ass wizards on the map along with Gil and Caron

He is a Wizards fan. He would know better than anyone else that Jamison has made a living of padding his stats on terrible teams.

All my respect goes to the man most the league has forgotten. Mr. Agent Zero.

I was never happy bringing Jamison aboard.

A lot of teams getting pennies on the dollar due to amnestry or veterans willing to provide discount for the chance to win.

Lakers with Nash and Jamison
Miami with Ray Allan and Rashard
Dallas with Brand
Suns with Scola
Charlotte w/ Haywood

Lakers had a decent d last year, but our offense was just horrid.
I dont expect too much of a dropoff.
We are basically changing out McRob for Jamison.
Jamison's offense >>> McRob's Defense.

Crazy that people are hating on this (potential) signing. McRoberts averaged 2.8 PPG and 3.4 RPG in 14 minutes and Murphy averaged 3.2 PPG and 3.2 RPG in 16 minutes.

That's 6 points and 6.6 rebounds in 30 minutes! No one's arguing that Jamison is going to be an all-star but clearly he's an upgrade.

lol@ the hate. Jamison at this stage is better than anything we had on our bench. 17ppg aint washed up. the same people probably think JJ, Ray Allen, Rashard Lewis was good additions to their teams. All the Lakers need for Jamison is to knock down open shots and give us some scoring off the bench.

People gotta realize how crap our bench and PG spots have been for the past decade, Jamison will only be needed to hit open shots and play roughly 20 mins a night

Hill and Jamison make our bench much better

I laught at all these people saying Jamison is "done" and "he can't play defense"

We need players off the bench to score the ball, and with Nash, Kobe, Pau, & Bynum in the same team Jamison will do just fine coming off the bench and give us a scoring boost. Way better than McRoberts/Murphy. People realize how bad out bench was, they just don't want to admit its a good pickup because we are the Los Angeles Lakers, its all good 8-)

How much money can one team possibly spend?

This offseason is making it seem more and more like there should be some type of hard cap in place, the rich just seem to keep getting richer. It would be nice if teams could keep their own players, but there were also limitations set forth by that.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.
