This is the most ignorant comment i have seen on here and you arent the only one who is bitching about this. You really need to realize that this is a great thing they are doing there due diallagence and making sure all the decisions are the correct ones. And so far Hennigan has been great. We all want Howard out but waiting for the best deal is not hurting anyone except for you and others who are bitching about it. We got 3 months before even season starts two before training camp we have nothing but time to make sure we make right decisions. Have you even thought that a deal can not be finalized until a Lin and Asik situation are resolved. Hennigan is keeping everything really close anyone who claims to know what he will do is lieing through their teeth so calm your **** and stop bitching about it
Fine print disclaimer for Fultz:
I am high on Markelle Fultz. Yes I understand he is not perfect and needs to shoot more and better and turn the ball over less. I would really like to see him play one more year… and I did and he sucks time to move on.

NBA Rookie Ladder http://www.nba.com/rookie-ladder/
Lamb takes top rung
July 16 -- After his third straight game of putting up solid scoring numbers, Jeremy Lamb takes over the top spot.

Two other players join the Ladder for the first time this summer -- Cleveland's Tyler Zeller and Houston's Terrence Jones. Both are putting up pretty similar scoring and rebounding numbers and take rungs near the bottom of the Ladder.

Zeller got off to a hot start Monday, scoring 10 points in the first quarter and looked on pace to have a monster night. He still finished with 19 points and seven rebounds for his second straight decent game.

Jones joins the fray after a third straight game with at least 16 points. Jones had 17 points and eight rebounds Monday to climb onto the Ladder. Jones has shown nice shooting touch, going 2-for-4 from three-point land and 18-for-34 overall (52.9 percent).

1. Jeremy Lamb : HOUSTON ROCKETS
For the third straight game, Lamb had it going. Through three games, the UConn product's 20.3 point average on 51 percent shooting is hard to argue with. Lamb is deceptive in his scoring in that he does it so effortlessly. I'd like to see him do more besides score, but that's nitpicking.

6. Andrew Nicholson : ORLANDO MAGIC
The Magic's first-round pick came out with a bang, scoring 24 points with 12 rebounds and a pair of blocks on Day 1 and has continued to shine. The St. Bonaventure product, whom Orlando took at No. 19, has averaged 14.8 points and 7.5 rebounds, showing off a nice jump hook. "He's got a lot of upside, and he hasn't even figured everything out yet," said Mark Price, Orlando's Summer League coach. Nicholson capped off SL with a dud, scoring four points and four rebounds, slipping a few rungs down the Ladder

9. Terrence Jones : HOUSTON ROCKETS
Houston's third first-round pick (No. 18 overall) out of Kentucky has been a beast, averaging 16.7 points and 6.7 rebounds through three games. He's active on the boards and has a strong, athletic body and nice touch on his shot.

It is slow, but these are strategic decisions right there. I think FA market this year isn`t important at all. We will tank anyway, so what is the point to hurry and in a year or two regret it?

exactly we have no cap room. And using the MLE will only hurt us in future

we could just take the Bobcats route to rebuilding and sign a Brendan Haywood type player to a four year deal....

and Mike Dunlap. The Blazers have been looking for a coach for ages and still haven't found one. The Bobcats snatched the only guy willing to go there not named Ewing. There are two head coaching vacancies in the entire NBA and absolutely nothing to rush into. The coach has historically, with the exception of some very highly-regarded coaches, not had a say in personnel matters. The GM selects the players, coaches figure out how to use them.

A lot of people here are assuming we aren't getting players because we don't have a coach just because Henny said they're stopping the Dwight trade talks until they find one. That doesn't mean he wants the coach's input on player signings, but that the organization is busy interviewing a lot of people and figuring out a strategy.

Everything takes too long in this world of instant gratification. Just calm down. Step away from the computer for a while. Move on with your life. Things will happen when they happen.

Billy M

Judging on what you know about Howard, does Lin’s whereabouts and/or what Hakeem says play a factor into how he views Houston? Also, what is the status of Asik’s offer? I never heard about it being filed.

Bill Ingram

The Bulls have until tomorrow to match Asik’s offer sheet . . .I don’t see why Lin would impact Dwight. He had a good short run in NY, but once teams had film on him he struggled a lot. Hakeem might make an impact for Dwight. If he can’t, no one in Houston can.

so hopefully we ll be fixed tonight on how many bad contract can houston take and make a trade

The Bulls have not received the rumored offer sheet for Asik, at least not to my knowledge. Not seeing that anywhere.

It does make sense, why would Houston wait for ny' s decision on lin to send an offer to asik?
