AA should just trade his a ss and be done with it. If JB wasn't on this team, he would one of those players that people would love to hate (kinda like Youkilis, Papelbon and Pierzynski). Just a douchebag through and through. JBau for JUpton and Skaggs. Lets do it AA.

Not kidding. His constant whining in the battersbox regarding B&S calls was already getting on my nerves and this just puts it over the top. Who the hell does he think he is? 3 years of All star level play and he thinks he is the second coming of Bonds. AA should just ship him before he poisons every young player on the team.

Just noticed this. You don't like Bautista's attitude and want him gone partially because of it, but you have referred to yourself as a "fanboy" of Brett Lawrie (an unequivocal douche who has become known for his complaining towards umpires) and expressed a wish to give him a 10 year contract? viewtopic.php?f=123&t=1178922&start=480

Such irony. It's amusing to say the least.

That's just rich—rich irony, indeed.

Just got through the Randle-Schad exchange. Tecumseh is right—BSDs, the pair of them.

What an edifying debate. I thank you both for keeping the focus on the team's plan. Too often these debates take on multi-polar tangents, but this one was thorough and easy to read.

I think the truth is somewhere in the middle. We shouldn't sell the farm for pitchers, not in this summer's bull market, but we should look to spend this off-season in Free Agency. More mid-tier FAs than top-tier.

All in all, the internal development is afoot and is making for great baseball on the field.
