There's no doubt that Lin is the best pg we can get right now. Dolan needs to decide if he's worth 100million though

Where did that number come from?

At this point I honestly don't care because the knicks can never stay out of drama. Mike Woodson said we would definitely match and he will be our starting PG. Why say that if it is not true?

I want to believe that we are just milking this too. But Woodson said those things before the new contract was offered

Yea, who knows the full story. its either

1. We match and there is drama in the locker room
2. We don't match and Knicks fans go insanse

lol, either way Dolan has to resolve this lol

This is so dishonest.

LOL, it's 3 years, $25 million. Forget about poison pills and luxury tax...they don't count. Unless we have some kind of under-the-table assurance from Paul and letting go of Lin somehow helps us get him, then we have to match Lin.

Why do you insist it's fake, man? Geez. He said some pretty offensive s*** but you can't chase him to the ends of the earth for it. How do you know if he's truly repentant or not?

Anything that starts "sorry if you contrued..." is a fake apology. I really don't care if he's repentant. But it annoys me to see this fake manipulative stuff as a follow-up. I'd rather drop it, but people keep asking me questions

Ok guys, I did the calculations. Lin's actual contract value is 3 years, $1 trillion. No worries, though! Unlike other teams, we are allowed to print money. So it's fine :D

Yeah this is on Dolan.

If we don't match and he dares trot out Grunwald to take the abuse I will call him out as a coward.

16/8 is possible but the FG% is way too high.

Possibilies the "Stretch Provision" could save Dolan from the huge Tax hit in yr 3. If Lin busts he could be waived and the money can be paid out in the following 3 yrs.

That's NOT new.

KNicks have known about this all along.

Only the media and fans are just now considering this option.

Which is what some people have been saying ALL ALONG.

Knicks knew of EVERY scenario a LONG time ago.

Just hug it out, guys. If Lebron can find it in himself to hug it out with his dad, then you guys can get over this, too.

They won't be mediocre. They're a bottom 3 team.

Well Parsons and Lamb look like they are studs but yeah they have no bigs now.
