Rockets haven't heard what the Knicks decision.

Frank Isola ‏@FisolaNYDN
Still no official confirmation from Knicks on whether they are passing on Jeremy Lin. Appears to be a formality at this point

Sam Amick ‏@sam_amick

The Rockets have not yet received word on whether the Knicks are matching their three-year, $25.1 million offer

Guess I'm alone on this We Will Match Lin Boat

The Beck Tweet was a hearbreaker. I don't have much hope left...

As much as I'd like for this to be true, he works for the Times. I assume his sources are very very credible.

Great, Morey wins yet another transaction with the Knicks. Major fail by the Knick organization.

I would LOVE to see the rockets get Dwight now (even though I dislike him). Watch Lin turn that team around.

I am curious if Lin pulled a quick on regarding the negotiations with the Rockets as it relates to Dolan. If so, I dislike him and Dolan, if that is possible. :(

Looking at the salaries we added, I would rather have Lin.
Novak - 4 million
Kidd - 3 million
Felton - 3 million
etc. I'd prefer we take Lin over these guys. Use the European pg as the backup.

So, we are depending on Stats back and iso game as well as Mr. Iso himself in Melo. That is our offense. Oh man. Gonna be a long year. Sure they win some games, but this team IS NOT getting by Miami.

I'm already at the phase where this is funny to me. I can't really stop being a Knick even though I want to. It's like being stuck in purgatory.

Nobody reported that they informed the Rockets. The report was the Knicks finished discussing the matter and have come to a decision.

But it clearly says in Isola's tweet that no confirmation has been made and also:

"The Knicks are not expected to announce their decision until this evening, and there is still a chance — albeit incredibly small — that it could be reversed."

I'll continue to have optimism about this, we will match Lin.

The Knicks are stupid!

And stop hating Lin for incorrect reasons. If you think he has holes in his game, fine. But stop making **** up about how he betrayed somebody or he was a diva or whatever BULLSH*T you dumb asses are making up.

Serious question. If Dolan really did decide to let Lin go for personal reasons wouldn't it subject him to a derivative suite if MSG stock drops as a result. He would be making a decision as an agent of the corporation against its best interests. Any thoughts?

This decision had zero to do about money. This was Isiah and Woodson making a recommendation to Dolan and Dolan taking this recommendation. They never wanted him. TBH, I don't even think they would've matched the first deal.

Stop being an idiot. 85% from being ready to play, NOT 85% of maximum perfect health.
