Just throwing this out there, I can't remember a team actually waiting till the last possible minute to decide on a player, don't think anything can happen between now and 12 that would honestly change Dolan's decision. So a few things are happening, one the knicks will not do anything, and the rockets assume he's theirs. Another option would be, Dolan is waiting till the last minute just to piss off the rockets just so they can wait to the last minute until it's official that he's a rocket. Or the very very very minor chance Dolan was playing with Morey the whole time

Nobody was calling Felton fat in 2010. He was our second best player and was talked about maybe making the all star team. This guy is not a bum. Felton can play. He has NY swag and attitude. We've all seen it.

You cant pay out over $100m for a team, that isnt guaranteed to chip. They've already used Amnesty. Cant bring back Lin.

He doesnt put them over the top. So the Knicks cant match.
