We signed Novak to one of the worst contracts in the league. See: Matt Carroll and Jason Kapono for other examples of one-dimensional shooters who become albatrosses.

Disaster of an off-season.

I can't say I am a little disappointed, but after all I been through a lot worse things than this with this franchise.
I am ready for the team we have assembled now to come together and do well, they have the potential.

Lets Go Knicks!

I think the Garden renovations had something to do with it as well.

He's going to get more dimes than 6 man... the balls going to be in hand a lot and they're going to run tons of P&R's with Parsons on one wing and Lamb or Martin on the other.

The original sources, Felton and the newscaster from South Carolina were right.

Only way team makes up for this is if we get to at least the ECF next season. No excuses.

It was never about the money. This was all about ticking off James Dolan.

Shut up Isola.

He is right, though.

He has to be. This is the only thing that makes sense on any level.

Lin is gone, they better start winning games, now..

this is it in a nutshell. the knicks win and play better it'll be okay.

I can't stand this **** franchise. I really can't.

Haven't won **** for 40 got damn years.

Dolan has been nothing but a failure during his tenure here. They need to take notes from Jerry Seinfeld.

IF EVERY INSTINCT YOU HAVE IS WRONG, THE OPPOSITE HAS TO BE **** RIGHT.

Houston and their fans deserve Lin more than this stupid front office.

The way that roster is looking that's all they're gonna have to look forward to.

Steve Popper: Knicks won't speak on the Lin decision tonight other than confirmation of declining to match. Don't expect much from statement either

I feel sick. I can't believe Linsanity is truly over. Greatest time in Knicks basketball and it's gone just like that. Too unfair.

In just this millenium, we've endured Layden, Isaiah, Frederick Weiss, Marbury, Curry, Randolph, Francis, Jerome James, Sweetney, "The Decision," and a whole lot more. But this is worse than it all.

To say that Lin's intent was to tick off Dolan is every bit as presumptuous and outlandish as saying that Melo demanded that Dolan not match Lin.
