simply doesn't make sense to let him go for nothing. could have gotten something at least if we matched him and then traded him later. to let him go for nothing is completely idiotic.

im not even that upset about losing lin, im just upset we lost him for nothing.

Nah... he's not in our conference. Doesn't really hurt us if he becomes great. In fact it helps... will teach this front office a lesson.

Dolan--or someone key in the organization--was mad at Lin--that's all this was. The tonal change between the first offer and second from the organization makes it clear.

lol winning the bird rights case basically allowed us to overpay for novak... yay!

you know the melo trade people were mad at ny, but I thought it was misguided anger b/c you were getting a great player back
