I cant seem to do that as well. Really deep in my heart you can really only root for one team. "You can only have one master" so to speak.

Don't be a homer. He didn't sign the extension because he can sign next summer for 5 years/108M rather than signing now for 3 years/60M. Not saying he's definitely going to re-sign but obviously the right decision financially was to not sign the extension this year.

Not gonna lie, I'm pretty upset about this. Thought we had Grant locked up with Kobe and Nash recruiting. Clippers win this battle.

I'm anti-Clippers.

And the premise of this thread makes little to no sense.

I use to root for the Clippers just because they were in L.A. but their fan base on here turned me off. If you ever go to their board you could swear they are the ones with all the titles.

Clippers improved their roster more than any other team.

Got Billups back.
Got Jamal Crawford.
Got Grant Hill.
Got Lamar Odom.

All four of those guys can start on a team. All four are veterans. All four can really hurt you.

Those dudes would eat up 2nd units around the league. Including ours, which is setting records of ass-kicking (the wrong end) in the summer league.

agree miles. them Clippers are like little brothers. when they get older, they want to get revenge on their big bros for pushing them around when they were younger and fragile.

that Clipper bench should be a threat. I'd even add KMart there if I'm the Clips.

Clippers are the unwanted step brother born due to a torn gas station condom and cheap scotch.

The dynamic between the Lakers/Clippers and Knicks/Nets is so different!

Finally the Clippers are trying to join the LA sports family and win instead of what they use to do.

OT

Awful/Great idea: Lakers get even years, Clippers get odd years.

Lakers trade: Kobe, Nash, MWP, Bynum, Gasol, Jamison to LAC for bad contracts
Next off-season: Clippers trade: Kobe, Nash, MWP, Bynum, Gasol, Jamison, CP3, Griffen, Billups, LO, Butler,Jordan to LAL for bad contracts.

CP3/Nash
Kobe/Billups
MWP/Butler
Griffen/Gasol/LO
Bynum/Jordan
Lakers are 22-3 in OT last 6 seasons:Kobe best OT closer!
