Morey needs to save this offseason and bring in Bynum. Keep Lamb though.

damn dude, calm down.

Lin makes more sense for the rockets. I dont think he is a huge downgrade from dragic and lowry but he also sells tickets which i believe Houston was having trouble with, or at least selling them out. that, plus the draft pick from Lowry trade makes it a good GM move IMO.

It's not just about ticket sales anymore.
The Rockets are starting a new cable channel this year similar to the Knicks' MSG Network.
The Rockets will own 30% of the new channel while the Astros own 46% and Comcast owns 22%
That is a risky new venture and they need viewers for ratings and they need ratings for advertisers.
Jeremy Lin will get those nielsen viewers. Jeremy Lamb won't.
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

Niiiiiiiiice, I've been wondering why they didn't do that YEARS ago.
Morey 2020.

Q:How are they experts when they're always wrong?
A:Ask a stock market analyst or your financial advisor

Return to Houston Rockets
