Jesus, I tried to be patient, but Shelvin Mack SUCKS. I'm doubting whether he should even make the team or not.

Should have made a play for CJ Watson.

Can we run our offense through Beal, please? Take the ball out of Mack's hands and we might have a chance...

Shelvin Mack barely looks like he can be a backup point guard in summer league play. He can't seriously be the backup in the regular season if the team is serious about competing for the 8th seed.

Edit: ^ Could have just waited a minute and copied your post.

Just remember that when everyone was glossing over Mack early in the yr, i was saying he sucked the whole time. I called it here first. :)

John Henson is really impressing early on.

Beal flat out passes the eye test (which is all I care about in summer league). May not have elite quickness, but he can still get to the rack.

Good couple minutes from Calloway. Nice work.

Yup, Beal is the real deal. And Mack needs to go, hope we sign John Lucas

Beal came out aggressive right out the gate. He started off w/ the ball a lot more in his hands on more PnRs. And made some open jumpers. He probably needs to improve his conditioning though. Looked dog-tired at the end of the first.

Agreed. To use the cliche, he looks like a man among boys with his athleticism and poise with the ball in his hands, even though he's probably one of the youngest players here...

Why are we running our offense through Shavlik **** Randolph? Give the ball to Beal.

They need to run that Beal PnR like they did in the 1st quarter.

Beal's got a pretty nice floater + runner, and some nice handles in the half court. Such a smooth player, love him already.

Beal is way better as the PG than Mack, which tells you something about both the players.

Beal would have 4-5 assists if he were playing with our starters.

My man crush is building. He has strength to score through the defense while practically being pulled.
