When did we trade for Gordon Hayward and when did he become a Center?

A) Walker | Henderson | Kidd-Gilchrist | Thomas | Haywood
Bench: Sessions | Gordon | Taylor/Williams | Mullens | Biyombo

pros: Defense, transition, sink-or-swim for Tyrus, bench is decently balanced.
cons: Zero shooters, sink-or-swim for Tyrus, half-court offense likely horrible.

B) Sessions | Henderson | Kidd-Gilchrist | Mullens | Haywood
Bench: Walker | Gordon | Taylor/Williams | Thomas | Biyombo

pros: Size, decent defensively, marginally better shooting.
cons: Hendo and Mully are go-to options on offense, undersized bench.

C) Walker | Henderson | Kidd-Gilchrist | Mullens | Haywood
Bench: Sessions | Gordon | Taylor/Williams | Thomas | Biyombo

pros: Decent size, decent defense, okay balance, bench is okay.
cons: Scoring limited, bench has undersized frontcourt.

D) Sessions | Gordon | Kidd-Gilchrist | Thomas | Haywood
Bench: Walker | Henderson | Taylor/Williams | Mullens | Biyombo

pros: Playmaker, shooter, slasher and decent post defense. Bench is basically our starting unit from last year so good chemistry. Bring youth along slowly.
cons: Stifle development of youth, no frontcourt offense, poor backcourt defense.

Some interesting lineups:

A) Kemba | Hendo | MKG | Mullens | Biz - probably the most likely scenario. Likely the starting 5.

B) Sessions | Kemba/Gordon | Hendo | MKG | Mullens - good if we want to go small and athletic.

C) Gordon | Reggie | Taylor | MKG | Mullens - small, easily our best shooting lineup.

D) Kemba | MKG | Thomas | Mullens/Haywood/Biz - big lineup.

E) Kemba | Hendo/Taylor | MKG | Biz | Haywood - best, most balanced defensive lineup.

F) Kemba | Taylor | MKG | Mullens | Biz - giving our young'ns playing time. screw the veteran guys.

G) Lord Higgins | Reggie | Thomas | Najera | Diop - our best "get Shabazz but accidentally force Henderson, Walker, and Biz to commit suicide" lineup.

I think Ultimately down the road, it would be ideal to have Kemba/Hendo/MKG/Biyombo starting with Mullens off the bench

1 - Mullens is a scorer.... I'd rather have him on the 2nd unit as a primarily option than on the 1st unit

2 - he is too inconsistent.... as a bench player, if his shot is off, he can go back to the bench.... if he's hot, you can keep him in the game with the starters because he can play the 4 or 5

I'd probably start all the young guys this year and let them go out, make mistakes, learn, and just get NBA experience.... this is still a rebuilding team

as a fan, I want to see....

Kemba - Hendo - MKG - Mully - Biz
