Lakers organization should be fined by the league for their approach to the summer league. Is this effort an indication of the coaching skills of Brown/Person? I understand zero skill. I don't get zero effort.

Some of the worst basketball I have ever seen. Morris and Goudelock look horrible. Hope Ebanks doesn't play, it'll destroy the confidence he doesn't have.

Morris having a pretty good game, although everyone else sucking like usual. lol

at the end of the 3rd quarter Morris with 24 points and 4 assists on 9/9 shooting not bad.

There are no rules that would prohibit Ebanks from playing unless the Lakers don't want him. He was listed on the summer league team but apparently is injured. Even players who have been in the nba for a while can play in the summer league if they want, see Ron Artest. Toney Douglas was going to play on the Knicks summer league but got traded.

This Kazzouh guy looks good. Anyone know anything about him? Nice stroke from deep and has size. First game I've noticed him/seen him though.

i watch him all the time in the NBL (australia's domestic league)

he's quite skilled, but looks quite clumsy at times, he's the best player on the sydney kings and probably best big man in the NBL.

i still think he's too small and too slow to make an impact in the NBA.

he's good at finishing around the rim while looking really awkward. a lot like luis scola

the clip titles for Eyenga's highlights.

btw, solid games for GLock and Morris. hopefully they can continue this. GLock finding his stroke back and Morris with almost a triple double, though shooting at a low clip but nonetheless.

Some nice work by Reeves Nelson - 2nd game in a row he had the best +/- on the team, by a wide margin (+13 vs San Antonio with 2nd best being +3, and +16 vs Clips with 2nd best +9). Both games matched up against multi-year NBA Vets (Leonard, Wright) rather than undrafted FAs and Euros, and didn't get burned on Defense.

Red flags are still there (emotionable stability, maturity), but seems like he'd be worth stashing down on the D-Fenders to keep an eye on. His nose for the ball on the boards, and ability to come away with a contested rebound (incredibly strong hands) are pretty impressive - as was his ability to muscle without fouling. Also showed an ability to see the court on breaks that he didn't get to showcase in college.

Reeve's looked active. From what I understand he has behavior issues that have followed him from college to his foreign team last year. He's a bit small, but a scrapper for sure. He could probably make the bench on an NBA team.

He also played with the Clippers, some players will hit up 3-4 different summer league rosters. I noticed Gary McGhee (former Pitt big) on the Clipps and I know that's not his first team this summer either.
