Victor Sada

Post#1 » by Kenneth23 » Tue Jul 24, 2012 8:12 pm

According to Spanish newspapers and Hoopshype, Houston and Memphis have interest in Victor Sada, point guard of Regal Barcelona. He's a defensive-minded pointguard, a real teamplayer, does everything what he is asked to do. You've to see further than his statistics because he's better than his statistics show.

Has anyone of you guys heard anything about this?

I saw him in the game vs USA yesterday. He and Llull look alike. How much is his buyout clause? He's already better than Toney Douglas.
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

Victor Sada is a free agent because his contract with Barcelona has expired. Barcelona wanted to keep him and have offered him a contract about 800.000 euros a year.

Sada would still be the lowest paid player on Barcelona and wants respect for what he does for the team. He wants a salary around one million euros and Barcelona doesn't want give it to them.

A Russian team and another Spanish team are interested in him. But Sada doesn't want to move to Russia and the Spanish team doesn't want to give him the salary that he wants. Sada has said in the newspapers that he would love to play in the strongest basketball league in the world.

About Sergio Llull: he still has a contract till the end of the 2013/2014 season. I found a article ( sorry but it's in Spanish) where the buy-out clausule of Llull is mentioned. If he wants to come this season he'll have to pay an buy-out sum of 5 million euros. Sergio Llull will probably come over when his contract with Real Madrid is finished.
