Due to the...
-Chemistry issues
-Lack of defensive stalwarts inside, Scola and Gortat are mediocre defenders one on one.
-Lack of perimeter shut down player.

Suns will be lucky to win 35 games.

But its OK, they will try their very best and NOT tank it, but its simply because other teams are ahead in the chemistry curve and talent curve.

Suns will get Pick 7 and a couple between 15 and 25.
Package all 3 of them to get in the top 3 and a future pick, because they want more cap room for 2013.

- Draft a NEED who happens to be BPA at that spot.
- SIGN a major near MAX or MAX player FA...

And have a darn awesome line up for 2014 and beyond...

Suns fans who wanted to "do a Spurs circa 1999" will get their wish and see the Suns become a contender again.

Then you are an idiot.

I'm not sure what to expect. I think the Suns ceiling is being as good as the Nuggets or Grizzlies, as this team has a lot of POTENTIAL talent. We have two solid young top 5 picks in Beasley and that guy from Minnesota. and there's some nice energy players coming off the bench like in 2010. but its just as likely for there to be chemistry issues, players underachieving, and lack of defense will again probably be a hole either way. i'll estimate the Suns miss the playoffs by 3-5 games like the last two years. 10th seed and 37 wins.

either way we are in a semi-good position. Dragic-Beasley-Johnson still have lots of room to improve whether we make the playoffs or not. If the Suns suck, we get a good draft pick. And we have 3 additional future 1sts. The more we win, the better we look for free agency. Now that Warrick and Childress are gone every player is an asset and can be a valuable trade piece (Frye may be a coveted stretch big for contending teams who can be acquired for late 1sts and/or young talent).

I think the suns want to remain mediocre with the moves they have made. They know they are not a championship team and need to find that star player that they can build around and take them to the promised land. Problem is, we are not going to get that in FA or a trade. Thats why I rather take my shot at the draft. But we are not going to take that route from what the suns are doing and the past statements. I think they are a bottom 5 team in the west and GSW might be the sleeper if they stay healthy. I like there lineup.

I think the Suns are banking on guys like Michael Beasley and Wea Johnson, guys who have underachieved to step up and fulfill their potential and be the star player on this team.

Also I think their plan is to go hard after Harden next season.
