wiggins baaaaaaaybeh

Top 5 pick in 2013 (im hoping for Noel or Austin to play C for us) and then wiggins in 2013...... 8-)

Of course that would take alot of luck and alot of losing the next 2 years, but who cares, would be amazing if it could actually happen

So do I. But I think we will be in for at least a month wait on the trade front. Hopefully the coach will be officially announced soon. I am also hoping Hennigan addresses recent the meeting with His Highness and that rat Fegan. He needs to set the record straight. He can't allow Howard and his camp, and ESPN, to trash this franchise. He doesn't need to get down in the mud with them but just defend some of the garbage that is being shoveled from various "sources." And reiterate that he WILL do what is best for the franchise as opposed to what that malcontent want. Obviously he won't say "malcontent." That is my sentiment.

Just hire a damn coach already. What kind of sick testing is Hennigan putting these candidates through.

I was talking about a coach. Its just time. I'm over daily updates for dwight for a while. I just want us to start assembling our team. Starting with a coach so he can get the right coaching staff in here as well.

Not that I'm pushing to rush things ...

But couldn't we trade D12 to Houston for their salary matching contracts now. Then when the rooks can be traded (in about a months time), we trade JRich and whomever?

Stern stays Fegan was the source of the meeting leak:

NBA Commissioner David Stern called out Orlando center Dwight Howard's agent, Dan Fegan, as the primary unnamed source leaking details of a recent meeting between Howard and Magic executives.

Asked what he thought of the Howard situation, which threatens to engulf another season for the Magic, Stern chided Fegan.

"It's very unique, especially if it's driven by a quote source that happens to be Dwight's agent," Stern told USA TODAY Sports in a telephone interview. " 'A source in the meeting. Oh, OK, who might that be?"

Does he think it could be new Magic general manager Rob Hennigan?

"No, I don't, and I don't think it's (Magic CEO) Alex Martins either," Stern said.

Parties in negotiations often pass along information to news media in exchange for anonymity because they don't want their positions known publicly or because they are trying to get information out to either improve their positions or make a point without being held publicly responsible. The information leaked from Wednesday's meeting mostly centered on Howard still wanting out of Orlando.

Jab aside, Stern says he is comfortable with how Howard's tumultuous situation is playing out. Howard wants out of Orlando, and the Magic are unwilling to trade him unless a deal yields what Hennigan wants as the Magic begin to rebuild: salary cap relief, young talent and draft picks.
"To me, it is the soap opera our fans turn in for - the drama on the court and the drama off the court," Stern said. "When we cease to have a story popping up, we probably won't exist.

"I think what it is, is that that's the way we are. That's the way it has been in baseball and the NFL and hockey and basketball. And frankly, it engages our fans, it engages our reporters, it engages our bloggers. It makes people happy, mad, sad. It's just the life in sports.

I bet Stern is behind the whole Dwight situation. He probably promised Dwight a championship if he goes to L.A. The Houston thing is just a smoke screen to make it seem Dwight didn't pull a Shaq and screw us over to make his way to LA twice. If it was up to stern, he would've made Dwight go to Bklyn but that didn't work out because they have nothing we want so instead, Dwight will end up a Laker and win a ring or 3. Somehow the Lakers will be gifted with a great allstar to pair with Dwight after Kobe leaves.

He even said he doesn't mind the drama.
