His line through three appearances with Houston thus far:

2.1IP, 6ER, 23.14ERA, 3.43WHIP, .417BAA. He's already blow two saves and racked up two losses.

Wow. No matter what happens the rest of this season, we should be happy that Farrell no longer has the chance of using this guy to sabotage games.

Notwithstanding my abject joy at his departure, I would have preferred

a ) That we not sign him in the first place, or
b ) Releasing him months ago

I suspect he was only included in that trade as a salary dump, because Rogers... er... Alex Anthopolous isn't taking on salary.
