All- time Heat!

Post#1 » by wallsfamily » Fri Jul 27, 2012 8:27 pm

Here is the all time heat team

SF- Lebron, Rice
PF- Bosh, Haslem
C- Mourning, Shaquille
SG- Wade, Steve Smith
PG- Hardaway, Chalmers

We don't play point guards!

I'd probably put Eddie Jones over Steve Smith for his defense. Actually move Steve to backup point, let him or Wade play the backup point minutes and get Chalmers off the team please.

EDIT: Also we have a whole lot of power forwards to choose from, Brian Grant was awesome for us in the 00-01 season and played several solid years after that (even though he was mostly forced to play center), and P.J. Brown was just as good as UD, its just not as sentimental because that team never won a championship and he's not a homegrown product.

In terms of pure talent, Brian Grant is probably our next best PF after Bosh.

I agree with Eddie but Haslem has been a solid rock for heat! His return was huge in Bulls series!

Unless this team is built off a mainly favorites stand point, there's no way you put Zo over Shaq talent wise. And as much as I love Haslem too (no mo), Brian Grant over him. And like Tim said, Eddie over Steve, n drop Steve down to back up pg. Chalmers? Really??

SF-lebron/Glen Rice
PF-Mourning/Grant
C-Oneal/Bosh
SG-Jones/Smith
PG-Wade/Hardaway

It was a tough one but I decided to sit hardaway and have him come of the bench. No other NBA all-time team can beat this team.

I find the lack of Jon Sundvold disturbing.

Wayne Simien is borderline but worth an honorable mention.
