I bet a high end club in Spain isn't going to look like a USA dance club. And it looks more like a Euro chair than a mattress, which doesn't matter because you can still do plenty of things on either one.

IBT next lawsuit - Kobe probably records video of women saying it is consensual and has them fill out paperwork before making a move.

He isn't touching either of them nor does he appear all that interested in either but go ahead and make it out that every megastar who ever played a sport should be confined to their hotel room every time they're away from home...

It all makes too much sense for it to be some innocent thing.

Without the shirt, in what looks like to be a hotel room. Why aren't there any pictures of any other people in that room? No pictures of guys?

There seems to be only 2 girls, and whoever is taking the pic (probably another girl). Also, looks like everyone there is bored.

My theory, there were 3 chicks in that room with Kobe that night and they had a 4some.
