David Harrison comeback

Post#1 » by granger05 » Mon Jul 30, 2012 8:31 pm

There's a grantland article up right now about a few summer leaguers trying to make it back to the NBA. David Harrison is one of the guys profiled and it was pretty interesting. He's been playing in China and apparently after he broke his leg over there he leveraged some connections to work at a bank in Hong Kong:

On his Twitter account, in addition to thoughts about basketball and his personal life, Harrison regularly chimes in on Chinese mergers and acquisitions, as well as general economic trends. He likes Ron Paul, distrusts Ben Bernanke, and is pessimistic about Chinese company CNOOC's move to buy a Canadian oil and gas company.

I don't think our current roster needs Harrison, but as a former Pacer I figured people may be interested.

I dont really think the team needs him; however if the team worked him out; and he is much improved I wouldnt be opposed to adding him. Skilled 7 footers arent easy to get. He could provide some bottom of the bench insurance in the case of injuries.
