The **** do we need with Lincoln, then? Delabar is actually better than him, at a lower cost. Yay, we have a bullpen filled with guys having good seasons...our rotation is still putrid, and our lineup has several holes, but at least now Farrell can't **** us in the **** face with the same ferocity.

This is a decent trade.

It's almost as if AA has been scarred with how badly his bullpen projects have gone the last couple years.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Other than Luis Perez it's been pretty damn awful for sure... and except for maybe Evan Crawford and Marcus Stroman nobody else looks even close. Honestly they should have kept Joel Carreno as a BP arm. He flourished there.

Good trade. Prediction: AA is going after an outfielder.

BTW, Farrell said Lincoln will be used out of the pen.

At least it would't hurt to try with jokers like Romero and Cecil pooping the mound each start.

Lincoln is godawful as a starter. Trust, it could hurt.

I've switched to whiskey after getting home, as I don't have gin here. I'm one more trade for a reliever away from switching to heroin, though.

@jonmorosi
Like the Delabar trade for #BlueJays. He has 11.3 SO/9 and .927 WHIP this year.

So if we had traded Snider for Delabar and Thames for Lincoln, everybody would have been happy :lol:
