London is like a homecourt for Lithuanians. There are a sh*tload of emmigrants from Lithuania not to mention the Lithuanian fans/tourists. We are pretty passionate about basketball.

If the booing/whistling helps affect opponents players it's more than welcome. This is how fans are in Europe. I've watched NBA and this is one aspect I don't like about it - the fans there are way too lazy. I mean cmon, they've got the best league in the world - NBA, but also the poorest fans.

ok noted.

i just queued up the lithuania-argentina game from sunday, and the lithuanian fans did the same thing to argentina. every time argentina has the ball, they wolf whistle. but the argentinian fans and the nigerian fans weren't doing it back, so I guess lithuanians are just extremely rabid about their basketball team lol.

Booing, whistling reached 115 dB and more during european championships in Lithuania. All foreign commentators were like 'wtf?' - they couldnt even hear each other.

Net necessarily, Lithuanians might be the loudest. But Greeks are very organized. I still like Serbia's Partizan fans the most, they are simply the best.

Partizan fans are idiots. Once watched show about one particular firm called Grobari. Those fags always drunk waving guns and knifes all the time. WTF is this ****? What has being a criminal ever had to do with being a fan?

I imagine all the drugs and violence put you in the mood to make plenty of noise, or the complete opposite, but in this instance I'll go with the former.

Not bad for just playing over 12 minutes a game so far.

Those atrocious PG's both posted 9 and 7 assists individually. Go figure...

I'm not too worried. There were many possessions where the perimeter player could have gotten the entry pass to Jonas for an easy bucket, but didnt.

The first few minutes of the game, Jonas completely dominated on both ends. That's all I needed to see.

I just bought tickets to the intersquad game at Casino Rama 14th row. Should be good getting an up close look at him playing in a Raptors uniform.

Jonas will get more minutes with the Raps than he is getting with this Lithuanian squad & it will be easier to critique his game then. We're definitely not seeing his whole game in this olympics.

That might be true if his minutes weren't being limited because of foul trouble and poor defense.
