It's kinda glitchy, I open this thread and the +1 button shows and then when I click the next page it's gone and then when I open a new tab back to the first page it goes away again.

This could be a good idea to determine when posters move up a level (scout, coach, realgm, etc). Instead of post count, it's how many +1 you've accumulated. Would give us a way to separate the quality posters from post padders?

Yeah, the icon doesn't really mesh well with the rest of the site. It should be more similar to the report and quote/edit icons or something

I think +1 is all we need because it places emphasis on quality. -1 would give too much incentive for trolling.

I actually like it at the bottom left. The colour, not so much. I like that I can read the post and the +1 would be right under it.

The placement should be near the report and quote buttons as mentioned earlier.

Also, it shouldn't take you to the first page of the thread automatically.
