I spoke with his manager for about 10 mins, I asked her few questions and she entertained them.
She said Jeremy has been really busy in the gym as if that's all he's doing these days. She also told me some things we already know such as Jeremy definitely wanted to come back, he was bummed but he believes everything happens for a reason and he's just happy that he can continue to play because before NY he didn't think he would have his shot.

It was really cool just talking to his business manager, she was really sweet and didn't rush to get off the phone or anything. She also represents Gallo if that does anything for anyone.

That does a lot of things for me lol. Anyway you should ask how he heard about your sons video if you don't know that already.

Oh I see. Makes sense. Ask him if he thinks douglas hates him because Lin has once again stolen his starting spot??

Ha! That's a good one, he'll probably get a laugh out of it.

How did she get your contact number? I don't think there is any contact info on YouTube. Also, how did she know your video? Lin or his manager watched it first? Ask whose idea to communicate with your son on Skype. Lol.

She contacted me through my YouTube account, I then sent her my contact info (at that point I wasn't sure if she was who she said) she called me the next day and said they showed the video to Jeremy and he wanted to talk to my son on the phone. Since he's only 5 and may not have believed it was actually Jeremy Lin on the phone I suggested that maybe they could Skype instead, she agreed that would be better and told me she would let me know the date that would work for him. She emailed me around midnight eastern time Saturday and confirmed the meeting for Wednesday at 8. I think someone tweeted it @jlin7, that's how they originally saw the video.

Cool. Lots of peops helped tweeted the vid to Lin on twitter sev times cos your son is adorable and deserves to have closure.
Btw, people might not be aware, but i think Lin's people do read his tweet mentions. Someone once tweeted to Lin showing him their designs for Lin's merchandize and apparently his manager contacted the guy and offered him to design a Lin Nike merchandize line or something. Pretty dope designs.

Anyways, all your arguments are just going around in circles. Everything's said and done. Lin is a Rocket now, and Regardless whether Lin shines or pans out next season, it's not the point to some why they will continue to root for the kid.

it's like what The Admiral David Robinson (NBA champion from Spurs) said about Jeremy Lin http://bit.ly/N7HCMU that makes people want to watch the kid.

"You know i'm on the outside looking in, but he was the most valuable guy there on the franchise! I don't even know why they'd ever want to let him go. I mean, he was the reason why I would even want to turn on the tv to even watch the Knicks, so now I wanna turn on to watch the Rockets cos you love guys who can win. who have just some kind of magic about them. There's so few guys that have that leadership characteristic... that something that je ne se quois...it's just a special thing that makes it fun to watch so hopefully he brings that to the Rockets and helps take them to another level.

Was going to update you guys, but looks like this dude beat me to it! The session went great, my son was so shy though my wife and I did most of the talking while he responded back to Naim. Jeremy is such a sweet kid, really great guy.

My son asked when did he start playing bb he told him when he was 5 my son showed him his bb trophy from peewee league.

Asked how did he become so good, Jeremy responded just listening to my coaches, playing hard, practicing every chance he got.

Asked if he hangs out with TD and Harrelson since they're on the same team. Jeremy responded not yet he's been home in California working out, etc. He plans to when he gets to Houston.

My son wanted me to tell him that he will miss watching him play for the Knicks, Jeremy said he's going to miss playing here too and he will be here in December, said his manager will hook us up and maybe see him after the game.

He finished by thanking us for our support and my wife and I thanked him and his team for everything.

His manager said I can share the video, I'll upload it sometime today. My user name is hmpeopleinmyhead if anyone is interested watching.

I forgot to mention he told my son to keep routing for the Knicks, they have a really great team! Also said he can't be shy on the court. Great dude I especially liked the part when he encouraged my son to remain a fan!

When you see someone "greentexting", it means that whatever they say is a joke, and it's not serious and/or is said to mock others. Obviously I don't think Lin is a traitor

Saw these pictures of Lin on his Facebook Fan Site "Super Lintendo" today. It's posted two weeks ago, so I guess it's his recent photos.

Two words: "Work ethic". Compare to JR Smith's party photos, they are exactly opposite type of person.
