No, that they celebrate like that make them idiots is an opinion. My argument is that you don't need to do that specially in the Olympics because that has nothing to do with passion on the game or sportsmanship rather than arrogance.

Every team celebrates after they make nice plays, even in the Olympics. Watching men's volleyball the other day, I saw guys fist pumping after almost every point scored, I didn't flip out and call them idiots.

For the 10000th time, chinese people don't find that offensive, that isn't a racist thing in Spain or China, only some butthurt british and american fans find it offensive. That you find it offensive doesn't make it.

And even if you were right, every single player apologize if anyone found it offensive and still that doesn't mean anything about how to celebrate during a game.

It is nothing short of senile to make fun of an entire hemisphere worth of people and to do so by mocking a physical trait of theirs. Please, do not do this; having worked in California, I was witness to far too many mongrels taunting Asian immigrants with this stupid ridicule.

Do not listen to "koko". He is the guru of hypocrites, calling the USA players out for showing their excitement on the sideline, but claims Asians do not get offended if their physical traits are mocked.

Again, if something is offensive to you doesn't make it automatically offensive for the rest of the planet. China embassador was asked about this and he said that isn't offensive in their culture and they had no problem with the ad. Also, the ad was made for spanish people, who don't find that offensive either.

If the ad was made for the american people then we could argue about it. Since it wasn't, you guys shouldn't be offensive since you weren't the target of the ad. Nobody in China were offended with Spain during the Olympics and even in the gold medal game you could watch a lot of chinese people rooting for them.

I understand that gesture is made by some trash people trying to mock asian people in the states. This is like a white person painted black. In the states that is a racist gesture but in an european country it's not, we didn't have that problem of slavery. We had others problem, racist ones in our history, like the genocide in American in the 1500s for example by my country between others.
