Got in to close out the first half and it paid off - offensive rebound leading to an open three to draw within 6 at the bell.

1st half Jonas has 6 rebounds and 2 dunks that were turnovers

One was not because of him, worth mentioning

I'd say one of them he should have layed it in instead of dunked it, as the ball would have been out of his hands to beat the shot clock.

The other one on the dunk over two players didn't look like a travel, and it won't get called in the NBA, but the FIBA refs have been calling these strict traveling violations all tournament long.

It's not the coach with 15 TOs.

He looked quite bad, he won't play him just to showcase him for Toronto.

Those TOs sank him. Can't blow easy buckets on a short leash. He defended and rebounded well, but another meh performance.

Actually Kemzura played his card right this time. JV had a chance in the first half to show he deserves more playing time but he failed. He looked sluggish and confused out there - probably the pressure was too much for him. Songaila and even Kavaliauskas played much better than him so coach had no need to try him out in the second half.

Absolutely correct. Except for rebounding, Valanciunas looked lost out there. Is this because he blew his confidence or because this is his current skill level, it's hard to tell.

Only mental problems and inexperience at so important stage. He has to relax and to play his game, but it's hard for him now - complex of PFs and complex of Kemzura's rotation + some missed shot last few games.

You said Anthony Davis looked like a David West type big.

It's not really just that. If you go on the draft board and click any thread this past year, you'll find some golden quotes from Mufasa.

How about you just quit trying to be some sort of expert on players for awhile?

Again, have you EVER been to any sort of professional game before? Or are we still basing everything off YouTube?

that's messed up, you have let people express their opinions, even though you think they are dead wrong. Just because YOU don't agree with something doesn't mean others won't.Who cares if the guy isn't a scout anyways. Scouts are stupid, which is why they draft guys like faried at 22 and guys like kanter at 3.

The coach is just trying to win however he can at this pt. JV probably is afraid to make a mistake, walking on eggshells out there. This event is a writeoff development-wise. Training camp opens in 2 months.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

I thought Jonas looked kinda lost out there in pretty much every Olympic game so far. Looks confused, tentative, floating......slow to react.

**** this coach... If this is how it was goin to be, they should've had JV fly over for the SL games and then meet up with the team in London, it's not like he'd need to be there for much of the practices anyway seeing how he barely plays come game time. At least in the SL he'd gain the confidence he'd need for the NBA and not be mentally **** for his entire summer
