As a Celtic fan, I hate the Lakers.

But you have to give them their props, they have a great front office. You can say what you want about the zip code but that's irrelevant, it's more to do with the organization.

Lucky for him he doesn't. Otherwise he'd be in Chicago now stuck at 3 rings.

Beyond disgusted right now. This is the kind of trade that causes a life long fan to instantly hate a team.

LOL, better than hitching their future on the backs of Arron Afflalo, Al Harrington and Hedo Turkoglu

spot on tweet for those talking about the rockets, probably applies to CLE too

Zach Lowe @ZachLowe_SI

Obvious, but if this deal happens, HOU option was overstated in some way--ORL's interest, HOU's willingness to take bad deals, etc.

I hate them both, but sadly...sadly..I must pull for L.A., if it's Heat v. Lakers finals.

Regardless of who you root for, you have to give Mitch props.

Best GM in a long, long time. My lord.

Gets Nash, Dwight, Jamison.

Trades a TPE, Bynum, spend a vet min.

I mean, really?

No he isn't. Not at all. Just stop. The zip code is all that matters. Cleveland could offer a MUCH better deal...but Dwight would never re-sign. Mitch is nothing special as a GM. He just sits back and waits for players to fall to him.

It is fairly surprising that you guys can't figure this thing out. Instead you run to this board like a bunch of fanboys and post 1st grade sayings like "Mitch is the goat".

Yea that's exactly why the clips have been so awesome before cp3

Is it so hard to figure out that the Lakers are the "It" team in LA? Come on.

Look...you think Clevleand couldn't trump that offer with ease? Hell yes they could. Dwight just wouldn't re-sign. It has nothing to do with Mitch being the goat and everything to do with the Lakers being the #1 team in LA.

It is sort of embarrassing that people haven't been able to figure this out. It makes this board look silly when people run here and call Mitch a "goat" because of a deal like this. There are probably 20 teams that could offer a better deal....they just couldn't get Dwight to re-sign.

I mean you rarely get equal value back when a player demands a trade but you're telling me there isn't a better package to swing Bynum for in a 3 way? With this crap the Magic should have just taken their chances on an extension with Bynum, assured him he was their franchise player and prayed.

I'll tell you what though. Affalo, Vucevic, Harrington, Harklin and three first round picks is a lot better than what the Lakers got for Shaq on 04.

Yeah he was so great when he paid Luke Walton and completely screwed the pooch until Memphis bent over backward and donated Gasol.

Now Orlando donates Dwight, just like they donated Shaq years ago.

It really is **** amazing how teams continue to bend over backwards and let the Lakers do whatever they want to them.

They drafted Bynum and Kobe. Traded for Gasol and Howard. And they offered Shaq the most money in free agency. They're just really good at the top.
