extending doesn't get him the extra year($25M), re-signing with the Lakers in free agency(summer 2013) gives him the extra year.

He should be. Westbrook and Harden both score most of their points inside, and for all his offensive faults, Dwight is a very good interior defender.

First the Grizzlies want Deng&Gordon etc from the Bulls and decline every good offerjust to ship Gasol then months later over night to the Lakers without putting him back on the trade market.

And now the Magic trade Dwight hlaf a year before the deadline in a crappy dealwith Dwight ending up 1:1 for Bynum in LA...wtf is wrong

As in both LO and Tough Juice would've been the best players in this deal had they been going to Orlando.

Yeah, but it was a lukewarm move. It wasn't enough to keep the team relevant, didn't provide an out to rebuild, the Lakers still had cap issues. At least the Magic went all in with the rebuild. Three young players and 3 first rounders.

I don't know.....

Also, don't care...just glad this is over.

That won't matter, Dwight will want to come back once the team wins a championship next season.

don't fall for it, there is no way in hell dan fegan and dwight walk away from $100M(lakers after re-signing) to sign with the Mavs for $75M.
