Ok. Kobe, when he wasn't forcing shots up last year, was still an elite player. Nash looked GREAT last year and looked like he could affect the game just as much as he did a few years ago.

As for OKC? They are the Lakers' biggest obstacle, but even so...I'd say Lakers in a series.

How do you think fans of the Bucks, Raps, Bobcats, Kings, GS, etc feel when they play us? Melo, STAT, Tyson, Camby. We can beat the Nets and Celtics and Chi town. If the Knicks take care of business on the court, they can be a top 3 seed.

i would hold off on saying that we can beat the celtics.

Why? They split 2-2, and the Knicks really should have won the series 3-1.

If the Knicks played the Celtics in the playoffs this year, there's no doubt in my mind they would have won. Don't let that Miami series fool you.

Every body always keeps playing the age card. Didn't Knick fans want that same 40 year old pg once upon a time. Similar to how everyone keeps saying that the celtics are old or the spurs are old and yet both teams made it to there respective conference finals. The lakers are top 3 in the west for the next 2-3 years. if anybody has a one year timeline it is the Knicks and things aren't looking to good for us right now.

It took years to make this team, and we weren't handed any free star players. The new CBA limited what we can do while Mia and LA can continue to prosper.
