Not every team is in love with rebuilding.
Why is Philly planning to build around Bynum? Why aren't they chomping at the bit to do a "rebuild"?
OKC got lucky, they have 3 top 5 picks that worked out. SA got the #1 pick but already had Robinson on the team. I hope this works out for us, but there's no gurantees.
