If what they say is true then we should have just given minutes to Goudelock instead. He's not afraid to shoot and he shot the ball exceptionally well when we gave him minutes, so it's kind of strange that we're not giving him more burn. Neither guy is noted for their defense, so what do we lose?

I would have preferred Barbosa, but this is a good addition. He was the best 3 pt shooters still available.

If it's really 2 years for 3 mill, that sounds like a vet min deal of 1.5 mil per year...

Wow, the good times keep rolling. We got Meeks, a reliable shooter for the vet min. I don't want to sound sappy but we, as Laker fans, are so fortunate.

Yes. Vet min is less than that $1.5, especially for a go with his experience. They used a portion of the MMLE.

don't even know why you are listening to them. They hate him because he was starting over Evan turner.

No, we don't hate him, and also if I feel something for him is pity, because he was put in a situation were he couldn't succeed, he is not at starter but he had to perform as a starter, just because ET wasn't ready to be a starter for Doug Collins.

He is a good character guy, he is a hard worker, he is a pretty weak defender, but at least he tries, he is supposed to be a good or very good three point shooter but last year he "only" knocked down 36'5% that for an specialist is a low %. Also he is probably a top 10 free throw shooter in the league, it doesn't matter if the game is on the line or it is the first quarter, he will probably knock down both. He can't dribble.

While he is nothing special, he can be a good signing if he recovers his mojo with the 3pt shot and Nash can help the cause, even though 90% of the shots he took last year were wide open shots, but that backourt would be awful defensively speaking, but for limited minutes, he can be ok.

Some nights you'll love him, but he'll infuriate you twice as many times. Not much D to speak of, and a streaky shooter. He was the only 76er that could hit a #@% FT, so there's that.

Glock is 3 inches shorter and he's actually lost weight which means he has 0 chance against nba SG's

I remember watching one of his college games where he just went insane and score 54, It was amazing. I like the pickup.

I like his answers. hopefully all of those things he said materialize on the court. sweet. I believe the Lakers' bench already has three SMOY nominees (Jamison, Meeks, Hill). 8-)
