Also people saying you don't need a great big man to win are full of it. Last year was the first time maybe since Jordan that a team won a title with out a legit allstar big. Howard changes the game so much on the defensive end that all he needs are a couple of good scoring options to make the team around him amazing. Well now he has 3 in LA and as long as his back is good to go, they will win at least 3 or 4 titles while he is there. That is a given.

So whenever you see Rob on the street in Orlando, make sure you go give him a high five for giving LA another dynasty at the expense of the Magic FO/ownership. That would be 2 over the last 20 years.

I meant any one. The key to winning titles are bigs, whether it be PF or C or a player who can be both, plus having that wing player who will compliment him or them. We have seen it through out NBA history. Teams with a star big/star wing win titles. It has been a proven formula for titles forever. Yes you have an anomaly from time to time like Jordan/Pippen, Lebron/Wade, teams like the 1989, 1990 and 2004 Pistons, etc. but the majority of the time it is the team with a Magic/Kareem, Kobe/Shaq, Duncan/Parker or great front court like Bird/McHale/Parrish win the majority of the gold.

From the looks of it, we're 6 million under the cap minimum for next season as it stands now. Then we're at 30 million in commitments for 2014-2015.

yea it looks like we have him for another 3 years, i was hoping we can trade him this year or next year at the deadline, but teams wont be lining up to pay him $8mil in his last year or $4mil to walk away

If I didn't know better, I would say Rob was getting paid to ruin our franchise. He gives Nelson an outrageous deal, sends Howard to the enemy for peanuts and popcorn, then turns around and acts as if doing what the Spurs/Thunder did is just ho hum and any one can do it, LOL!
