Nah, they wasted their last one on Dwight.

They are definitely going to serious tank rivals though.

I hadn't thought about it that way. Now this means that we have the possibility of watching 8 absolutely horrible division games next season

The Orlando magic just became the worse team in the NBA...is it possible to be worse than us?

That roster essentially won a playoff game last year. Better than we did...

And our clock wasn't right once. So I guess we're worse than broken.

"Kevin Garnett often mocked Howard during games.

"Paint your face, clown!" yelled Garnett frequently."

I love/hate Garnett.

now that Phillie have Bynum, would you guys consider trading Diop for Hawes?

His contract is for 2 years, so it would expire at the same time as Gordons.

He is pretty similiar to Mullens, possibly a better rebounder though.

They are going to need cap room to resign jrue and Bynum, hawes salary is going to be inconvenient and pointless

Philly should have a decent big man rotation even if they traded Hawes. They would still have Baby Hands Brown and young Arnett Moultrie learning the ropes. I think Philly would be looking for point guard depth though. We currently only have a starter and a back up.

I'm impressed with the moves Denver has been making lately. Think Philly did well also. There are some well constructed teams to watch out West next season. Nash/Kobe/Metta/Gasol/Howard... sick.

For all the people that felt the Chris Paul trades (one that fell apart having him go the lakers and the actual trade that happened), this trade puts that one in its dust. Aaron Afflalo is the best player in the deal coming to Orlando. 3 PROTECTED 1st round picks, a 2nd round pick, and just to add insult to injury A PROTECTED SECOND ROUND PICK?!?!?!??!? Nikola Vucevic and Moe Harkless are young. Moe probably just got handed a starting gig. Although I'm sure orlando will say a lot of nice things about Hidayet Turkoglu and Al Harrington. I'm not even sure why they took on Josh McRoberts and Christian Eyenga. I'm guessing they get a tax write off. Getting rid of Jason Richardson and Chris Duhon is nice, but Orlando should have gotten the protection off of at least 2 of the 1sts they are getting.

The sad truth about all this is Orlando could still be competitively bad. The 30 win team that never had a chance at the playoffs and no realistic shot at a top 3 pick. I'm guessing more moves will be made that will make them much worse.
