Pau HOF worthy?

Post#1 » by Wreckus13 » Mon Aug 13, 2012 2:29 am

I'm curious what your opinions are, I've heard people mention it on like Espn radio that they think he should and some say he shouldn't. Me personally, I think he def should considering his lengthy nba and international resume.

The question is, is the HOF worthy of Pau?

Nah, but seriously, he'll make it for the combination of his international basketball and NBA achievements. It is the basketball HOF after all, not the NBA HOF.
C'mon, you apes! You wanna live forever?

Absolutely. He'd make the Hall on his international resume alone, let alone in conjunction with all the success he's had in the NBA.

I look forward to there being a ton of comments itt from people saying Pau isn't worthy of the HOF. You know, the exact same people that said Pau carried Kobe To their two most recent championships... ;)

Pau was a beast in the Olympics this year showing us all he's still very a very capable player. Hopefully we'll see more of tht Pau this upcoming season.

If Chris Mullin can make it into the HOF, Pau certainly can

Gasol didn't carry Bryant to the championships, but it's not like he was just along for the ride, either.

Exactly.
People who say that I noticed are Boston fans , Kobe haters or both.

Anyways also wanted to mention that we wouldn't have won the three peat without Kobe , perhaps 2000, but definitely not the latter two. Actually Kobe's points avg was same as shaq in 2002 playoffs and close to it in 2001.

I think Pau will be a HoFer.

Anyone think we can be heading into another "golden age" of lakers ( perhaps a mini golden age due to Kobe's and Nash's age) as this will be the first time we will have four HoFers in the starting group since showtime.
Kobe Bryant forever
GO LAKERS
8-)
I've heard it through the grapevine..NBA gods have already designated Los Angeles LAKERS as NBA Champions in near future. The destiny is real. TRUST ME.

He deserves it, he came to L.A & we won the chip 2 out of 3 finals we went to, one less than Shaq in L.A, and we're not done yet, Pau deserves both the HOF & his jersey in the rafters.

He is more than a lock. The guy is arguably the GOAT spanish player. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes Pau Gasol will be inducted in the HOF for his play in the NBA. Its unbelievable how people want to find something to put him down as a player. 19 pt and 18 rebounds 2 blks in game 7 of the 2010 NBA finals is carrying a lot to a championship (meanwhile Kobe shot 25% in Game 7).
