Assuming everybody stays healthy (always a big assumption i.e. Rubio), a few years down the line your Wolves could be a serious contender in the East. Maybe capable of going toe to toe with Miami. (Although I will say Miami looks awesome for the next four or five years) The Bucks made the playoffs last year, and I'd pick your Wolves as having the better future. You've got arguably the best power forward in the league, a point guard maybe in the top five (if he stays healthy), and a top ten center. Maybe top five center...again if he stays healthy. That's not too shabby. Kirilenko is a proven commodity who will help. If Williams and Shved develop, the Wolves will give any team trouble. They did that last year and were on their way to the playoffs before Rubio went down. At any rate, the Wolves have the potential to score a lot of points and make bigger waves this year.
What kind of alternate reality do you live in where the Wolves play in the East and the Bucks made the playoffs last year?
Sorry pal, you''re correct. I just remember the Wolves come close to beating or beating a lot of top east teams. So the Wolves are in the west. And they're still looking good. Now they don't have to play the Heat to get to the Finals.
Like the Bucks did last year, in your world?
