Short version - you GM a team - draft, FA, pick coach, and make a writeup about your team.

Judges usually rate the team based on different factors. We've had sims too.

I'm willing to do tandem GM'ing too. An assistant GM to help with trade ideas, pick considerations and especially handle any weekend drafting would be really helpful.
