So does anyone know the least crowded day to go around this time of year?

Late last summer I went on a Monday expecting smaller crowds and the place was packed.

I'd imagine Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the best days to go.

Wednesday, you can ride the entire park at least 2 times if u want along with hitting up the water side. I've been to Dorney Park and Six Flags on Wednesdays this year, and its really deserted lol. I also went to Wonderland last month for the first time, and it seemed all to familiar to Dorney Park.....googled it, and its owned by the same group. You can also hit up Coney Island if u have some free time at night, its not much, but there is about 2 or 3 rides that's worth it.

Nitro is probably the best ride on the park. You should do Kingda Ka for the experience, but I personally didn't like it much (too fast and gave me a headache). El Toro is also good for thrills. Medusa/Bizarro and Superman are also solid. Many rides have at least a 45 minute wait, though :(

Coney Island at night? He's brave, not suicidal.

In TO we have labour day long weekend coming up at the end of the month. I can technically go on a Monday and probabaly beat out the rush, but that would mean I would need to rush back that night because of work on Tuesday. I'm dying to go..gotta figure this out lol

Thanks so far for everyones help.

I'm thinking of heading over next weekend (weekend b4 labour day weekend)

Couple questions..Any alternative to the expensive as **** parking there....

As well, is there a random pizza spot to eat at outside the park, im sure park food is crazy expensive.

Also, I'm probabaly going to be going to 2 days. Friday afternoon/evening/night is there anything you guys would recommend to do in NJ preferably max within an hour or hour and half of the park. I have no idea where to go and what to do in NJ.

FYI.. I ain't a party animal lol

You can go to Seaside Heights and chill on the boardwalk. There are water rides there too.

I'm pretty sure the tickets are a lot cheaper if you buy online rather than in person.

Online everyone pays kid's price.

Thanks for everyones help.

So, I've decided to head over this weekend. I'm planning to leave early saturday morning. Get to the hotel between 1-3PM, mattering on traffic. From there, I'll head over to jersey gardens (i've heard this place is cheapp) and/or jackson outlet mall. If theres time, than at night I'll probably head over to seaside heights/jersey shore (assuming thats the same thing).

The next day i'm going to head over to the park early in the morning. Than monday morning i'm gonna find an ihop somewhere and leave back for Toronto.

Couple questions tht hopefully some of you guys can answer for me:Whats better jersey gardens or jackson outlet?? What about jersey shore outlet malls??
Parking at seaside heights/jerseyshore, firstly is that the same thing, im pretty sure it is, and where do i park there??
Parking at six flags..its $22. Is there an alternative somewhere around?
Is there a nice place to have some dinner in the jackson area or near seasideheights/jerseyshore
Any other recommendations and what order to go on for rides and whether or not the flash pass is worth it.

Anyother opinions on what I should do in my 2 days would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks guys

The Jersey Shore is the entirety of the beaches in Jersey, so no, they're not the same thing. Seaside Heights is just the most popular (arguable) and it has the best (arguable) boardwalk. But parking there is fine, you can park on the street and walk or you can park it in a lot for like 10 bucks. There is no issue with parking there at all.

No alternative for Six Flags. There may be a bus, but I've never looked into that and if you're staying around Jackson, it's not going to stop for you.

Seaside Heights has some good seafood restaurants, but it depends on your definition of nice. If you mean nice as in peaceful, yes, but if you mean nice as in expensive, then I'm not sure.

If it's your first time and you want to experience the park in it's entirety, get the flash pass. If you're just going for fun and don't mind waiting, then don't worry about it.

I think Jersey Gardens is the best outlet out of all of them. They all have the same stores, except Jersey Garden has all of them, plus a lot more. Get off at exit 13A on the turnpike and stay to your right.

Parking at the shore, you will either find meter parking on the street, or you can pay $10-20 in a lot depending on time of day and etc.

There is no way getting around the $22 parking at Six Flags.

Sunday is I'd say the busiest day for Six Flags, so I'd definitely recommend getting a flash pass, especially since it's your only time there. On a Sunday, a standard wait time will be anywhere from 1-2 hours. First, make sure you hit up Kingda Ka if it's working of course. Then make your way over to El Toro and Nitro. After that, I would probably go on Bizzaro, Batman, Superman, and I forget what else. If I were you, I'd eat before, because food is ridiculously overpriced, and they don't have good food.
