MN/CLE/ORL
EDIT: Swapped Afflalo in for Redick and flipped Barea & M.Lee.
MN out: Williams, Barea, Cunningham, M.Lee, '13 1st
MN in: Varejao, Afflalo
CLE out: Varejao
CLE in: M.Lee, Cunningham, MN '13 1st, ORL 1st
ORL out: Afflalo, ORL 1st (presumably one of the 1sts they received in D.Howard trade)
ORL in: Williams, Barea
Cleveland cuts salary and will have a lot of cap-space next offseason. Ideally they get one more lottery-pick, add high $ FAs and are set. Cunningham gives them a high energy reserve to replace Varejao and they pick up a couple 1sts.
For Orlando, Williams is a high-upside prospect that Magic should be looking for. Their pick isn't likely to be great for him but its a low-risk move for them.
Minnesota gets two very solid players who help them to win now. Afflalo helps to solidify the SG position and gives them a very good perimeter defender and outside shooter to pair with Kirilenko and Varejao has been a rumor here for awhile now.
(Rubio)/Ridnour/Shved/(Conroy?)
Afflalo/Roy/Shved
Kirilenko/Budinger
Love/Varejao/Kirilenko
Pekovic/Varejao/Stiemsma
We'd look to bring Tolliver back. Also at Derek Fisher, Matt Barnes to fill out the roster.

No, just because we'd only have one black guy on the team and I don't want to hear about that anymore.
Think Orlando is getting too good of a deal here.
Williams for 1 year of Redick and a non-lotto first? No way. We would just cut them out of the deal if Cleveland would take that crap for Varejao.

You just see what Dwight was traded for? We should be able to get Redick for free pretty much.

I don't think AV has this sort of trade value, he's a better Biedrins. I think CLE would be lucky to get expirings. something like this...
http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=9bxlwyv
He's not a bad player, but he's injured a lot and is overpaid ~3m a year.

If they're Orlando's top-1 protected picks in '13 & 15 then we can talk. If they are the picks the Magic got from the Dwight trade then its not even close.

Way out of touch about Varejao's value. He's a great defender and rebounder, had a PER of 19 last year and averaged around 12/11 per 36 the last few years. He's better than half of the starting centers in the league, making him definitely worth his $8m per year.
That said, I think the Magic would be interested in this trade if Cleveland were to bite. Afflalo doesn't do much for them and might actually make them a bit better; since DW won't be great for a few years (if he ever is), he fits both the full-on tank mode ORL is in and helps the youth movement.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.
