BoSaggx (57-61) @ Yanks (70-48): Best FA signing...

was Bobbly Valentine for the Yanks. Thinks can't be any more miserable for the Red Sox. They're mired in bad contracts. Their stars underperform for their manager when they're not on the DL. Sounds like the Knicks!

Yanks are 22 over .500, best in the AL...and their run differential is top 3. Yanks can put some distance between them and Baltimore/Tampa.

Hughes, Phelps, Kuroda..let's go boys!

Yanks get 3 runs off 9 hits but Hughes looks awful out there...and he's lucky so far, the Sawx only got one run off four hits in the THIRD!

Bullpen night!

Right now, Josh Beckett whom the Sawx gave a 40M extension (thanks Theo) is collecting a paycheck. He was a punk in Florida and he's a little cry baby in Boston. Now he's not happy, he's tossing softballs.

Not that I am not tickled pink that the two most liberal towns root for teams that are the 1% in baseball.

Jeter brings his average up to .321 with 3 hits off Joshy...

IS Kuroda peaking too soon? Can he get the Yanks that critical second win in a 5 game series?
