I really hope Morrow does well on Saturday. I know the season is over, but looking forward, I hope he has recovered and can become the ace of the Jays.

We need to lose every single game for the rest of the season while playing all our young guys. It is the only way to remotely salvage the season as we can finally showcase how meh our young guys really are and the future-less core of our current team.

**** baltimore. i hope the boys roll into that ghetto city with a chip on their shoulder and sweep the sh*t outta them. unlikely but it would be very very satisfying.

Bautista outplays his contract by more than $70 million over the next four seasons (2013-2016).

actually, you don't do this whatsoever. It's probably one of the worst strategies that I can think of doing this to your organization.

It'll be nice having two regular big time pieces back.

not sure where your hate on for Baltimore comes from. They haven't been good in a long, long time, and generally everyone feels sorry for them (except you of course). I would love to see them in the playoffs. They have been very kind to the Jays in the past. :D

i don't give a sh*t if they've sucked for a long time. that's a great thing...they're a division rival...i want them to suck every year. i've never felt sorry for them either, just like how i don't expect yankees, sox, and o's fans to feel sorry for us. i can accept the yankees winning the division because their payroll justifies it. but it's annoying to watch a team with a similar payroll with little expectations, have this magical season where they give up a boatload of more runs than they've scored yet still hover 10 games over .500 with a pythag w/l that's worse than ours! **** 'em, and i hope the jays play a part in spoiling their postseason ambitions starting tonight.

Also, saw this article on Sportsnet.ca with Beeston saying they plan on opening up the Rogers vault this summer.

Still a big Rasmus fan and not terribly worried, but it's definitely getting tough to defend him. Something's not right.
