Always thought this was Kobe best game. Although the 81 point game was higher if he would of played the 4th he could of been in the 90's.

I was at that game. Stoked to see his career high....then came Toronto about a month later. We all know what happened there.

that scoring run kobe went on was unbelievable... 4 straight 50 point games 8-)

44pt average for an entire month, highest of any player other than Wilt, and finished with 10 50pt games in the season.

I doubt we ever see anything like this again
